At The Church of the One Wheel, each item is blessed and printed on demand by our fulfillment partner (Printful) just for you. Because of the custom nature of our sacred garments and relics, we have a few important guidelines regarding shipping and returns.

🚚 Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: After fulfillment, shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days in the U.S.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • International Orders: Yes, we ship worldwide! Just know that customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your local laws (sadly, beyond our spiritual jurisdiction).

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a sudden change in cosmic alignment. Please double-check our sizing guides before purchasing.

✅ We will replace items if:

  • Your product is damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Your item was lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at support@thechurchoftheonewheel.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, send a replacement item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

📦 Return Address

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
